Rights of the intersect's default resources?

Hi, I was wondering if the default resources (all or some) have some kind of rights, I mean, are they usable on a real project without any legal problem or they are there just for example and must not be used? For example, can we use the fogs or should we make them by ourselves?

 

If them(all or some) can be used, do they need some special kind of credits?

Intersect will come with it's own custom graphics eventually that can be used in any (legal) project AFAIK. You have to download those from google drive though. Can be found on the forums somewhere. The ones you have now are most likely RPGMaker resources and can only be used for RPGMaker
