Hurting / killing entities (Player or NPC)



Is there a way to place (event or attribute) a case on the map where every player of NPC walking (or standing) on it will take a certain amount of damages ? (fixed amount, % of total HP or % of current HP)

I've been looking after it for a couples of minutes now, but have yet to find anything.
