With enough willpower, this might just be plausible.  In all seriousness, you can't. There's no magic button that just shoves a game engine into unity. Unity has various 2D libraries for 2D game development. If you're looking to develop a game using the network of the Ascension game engine in unity3d, you have to reengineer  the client end in unity. I don't even really understand what you're attempting to gain from this.
