How does "Events Editor" and NPCs work?

I'm using Intersect for some times now and I still be searching for something:

How does Event Editor work?

How can I put a NPC that does not Walk, and a NPC who sells items?

I really need answers!

Hi . 

First, sorry for my bad english, i'm french.

You don't need to create an NPC.  Npc is just used for monsters. 
Just create an event on your map with the sprite you want to use for your "NPC".
From the event menu you can make it don't walk, sells items, bank, etc...

au moment ou tu m'as répondu j'avais déjà trouvé la réponse grâce à un sujet déjà existant, merci tout de même de m'avoir apporté ton aide. ^^

Tu développes un jeu? Si tu souhaites te joindre à notre projet (nous sommes deux), nous sommes en construction du jeu qui sera nommé "Doriana's Lands",

personnellement je m'occupe un peu de tout, graphismes, quetes, histoire, map... Mais nous accepterons avec plaisir un nouveau membre dans l'équipe!

On est des élèves de terminales option info avec pour vœux un BTS sio, pour rapidement nous présenter.
