Underwear Sprite Assistance

I need help in editing two sprite bases (Male and Female). I need one sprite with just male underwear (shorts) and a second sprite with just female undergarments (bra and panties). I have attached the base sprite, which I am using the same model for both male and female. The color of the undergarments should go well with the sprite's color palette.

I'm working on a bunch of paperdoll items for this same base sprite for my Unity game at the moment! Haven't touched on pants yet, otherwise I'd post them here! If you still need them by the time I have them made, they are all yours.
