Janito Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 Hi guys, in the past I used to use an engine that recognised resource backgrounds and automatically made them transparent when I went to create a map. In this engine do you necessarily have to make transparent backgrounds?
1 panda Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 That engine was likely ancient and didn't have textures with transparency (something like DX7 Mirage Source/Eclipse). Intersect only supports textures with transparency, so you will have to remove the background yourself if you are intending to use something that comes with a non-transparent background color.
