How to ban from server?

i was trying to ban a player from my game but this 'missing' appears, what can i do?




if i want to ban for 24h for example, how do i need to put on the server line? Thanks!!

ban jcsnider 9999 true "Reason"

 

The name is expected to be the character name and not an account name. It will ban the entire account though.
