Starting the server as an administrator on Windows

Hello everyone, who could explain to me why you have to start the server as an administrator on Windows for the API to work correctly? There is a way to patch the problem because it prevents the possibility of restarting the server automatically if it crashes for example. Waiting for your reply

I think that if the automatic restarter runs as administrator it should start all of its child processes as administrator as well.

Not really an explanation but more information regarding this: start server as admin in Windows when api is *:5400

We have tried several ports all must be run in administration...
