API token is null when is received in a loop

hello everyone i'm currently using the intersect API and until now i had no problems receiving my token to access the api but today i tried to recieve the api token in a loop and in some cases the api token is equal to null and in others is recived in a normal way, and i'm wondering if is something related to the loop or just connection problems or it could be something else.

I believe there's a rate limiter on it by default you need to change some settings on.

 

Mind you, you can reuse the token until it expires and refresh or before that time so you really don't need to keep requesting a new one all the time.

ok thank you so much but i want to know if change the setting of rate limiter would make worse performance, what do you think?
