Is there a way to use attribute in layers?

First question: Is there a way to use an attribute on top of another?

Second question: Is there a way to make the animation attribute not to be at the top of everything? I'm having kinda of a problem with animation layer overlaying my buildings, if anyone knows a way to make it go under the fringe layer I'll be very thankful.

You have two side with the animation editor. 

 

Left: mask level

Right: fridge level

 

You can only put one attribut by case.
