How can i put bigger mobs in my game?

..And i saw different pictures too have like this big bosses how can i put it ? im just putting  128x192 mobs. 4x entities type.
 Am i can use different types? and how ?

I believe Intersect supports dynamically sized sprites, so in that case you would add them just like any other sprite.
