Remove Black background on animations

Hi!! i was traying to add some cool animations for game but they have some black background like the slash on animation folder, i found a video how to remove that black bg and its easy..

On photoshop CC you can left click on the background color with the rectangle selector to open the color range too.

 

Ps: Of someone need semi-transparent image, save your file in png24 instead of png8.
