Have any of you all seen Chuck? This is currently my favorite show of all time above Lost, Game of Thrones, Prison Break, Walking Dead, 24, House, Burn Notice, and everything else I've watched. The show starts with this guy named Chuck. He is the equivalent of a Best Buy employee (they call it Buy More) who ends up with a government prototype of a fully stocked intelligence database stuck inside of his head. He quickly turns into an asset (being the only guy who knows all of the CIA's top secrets) and develops into a bad ass throughout the show. It takes awhile for Chuck as a character to take off but the show balances that out with Sarah, his CIA handler which, let's be real, is a good enough reason to watch the whole entire series by itself. I won't ruin the plot but the show is funny, dramatic, has plenty of action, great character development and leaves plenty of room for plot twists. I've personally played with Google Glass and I didn't really care for it but this is one of the best new things I've seen in a long time. What are the odds that it works nearly as well as advertised? Hi everyone! This thread is a simple way to say hello when you join the site. You can share as little or as much about yourself as you would like. I am going to start with a little info about myself. I'm JC. By the age of 8 I was creative enough to use my initials and my last name to form a username of jcsnider and I've just stuck with it. () I joined the Eclipse community back when I was 11 with the ambitions of creating an online Pokemon MMO, several years later I had one, it was buggy, easy to hack, and I got my home internet shut down not one, but twice due to sending mass update emails and hosting websites on residential ISP plans. I won't go much into that, but those were my roots and that is also what led to me to gain an interest in programming. I've now been through school, have had a few jobs.. still love to game dev and work on engines like Intersect in my free time. You'll see me around here a lot providing game dev support and working on my own projects. I am extremely happy to meet you all and I hope to see you around! -JC

Good news. As of tonight I officially own the two domain names ascensionforums.com & ascensiongamedev.com. They should be working tomorrow evening, cross your fingers! -JC

Fixed the 2-3 second delay some of us were experiencing when loading various pages. I opened the settings files and changed the database connection from localhost to 127.0.0.1 and now it is fast.
