Server Load

Quick Question:

 

Has the server been tested with an abundance of connections? Do we know yet what the limit tends to be?

I'm wondering so I know what sort of scale to start developing.

Not really. The server thus far has only been tested with maybe ~10 or 20 connections. Given how many improvements have gone into the engine, we really can't say for sure what the limit is, and the limit is somewhat defined by the machine running the server.

Location and Internet bandwidth will also be a factor. Depending on if you live in the middle of nowhere with 2KBS
