Forgot password not doing anything



Hello all. I can't for the life of me figure out why nothing happens after submitting a new password while using the forgot password feature. The email goes through no problem, get the reset code, type it into the client, type in new password, hit "submit" and nothing. Nothing at all! Not even an error log report. Please help!

Which version are you using and have you tried to see if the packet arrives at the server at least? 


i have not seen evidence of the packet arriving but i also might not be looking in the right place. there's nothing being logged about it anywhere that i can find
