Editor tabs and window sizes out of wack

Not sure why its doing this. I tried it on multiple monitors at different resolutions but it looks the same way on all of them. Any ideas?

I really need to move these notes to the new docs or on the forum somewhere. The problem lies in DPI. More info here.
