Which file should I change to host via hamachi. I put my IP on the client config.json instead of localhost. I sent the client and editor folder to my friend, he connected with me on hamachi but he can't connect his client with my server am i doing something wrong? how to host for your friends via hamachi / lan?

Yes, that is correct. Your hamachi ip should go in the client's config.json in the host field.

 

It should also work if you put that hamachi assigned ip in the config.json and you try to run the client on your own pc.

Even though you're using hamachi you'll have to open ports in your windows firewall at the very least. You might also have to configure other antivirus tools that provide firewalls as well.

 

Here's a guide for configuring windows firewall. You will want to unblock udp port 5400 or whatever port you've set your server to use.

I did the right configuration but still giving the udp failure message, then I killed the firewall, I would like to know if I configured my json correctly by placing my hamachi's ip and sending it to my friends

so, his client does not connect with my server, I was wondering if what I did is correct go to the client's config.json file and put my HAMACHI IP in place of localhost ...
