Whispers/Private Messages (in-game)

Hey guys, is it possible to add whispers/pms in-game?

 

If it's not implemented in intersect, is there a way to maybe make a player show a custom chatbox text in the "player channel" of another player with a certain color via events or something? Anyone has any ideas? Thanks a lot!

and then they can do the same thing back or use:

 

/r msg

 

where /r means reply
