Distance between sprite and Name

What should I do if I want to decrease the distance between the sprite and Name? 

 

For example test has a normal distance between its name and the sprite.

While the Bear cub does not. 

 

 

Here is the sprites I use

Its because the bear cub has a lot of excess space on the sprite. If you filled in each frame a colour you would see that its exactly the same distance away just the bear does not fully fill the entire height of the frame unlike the human sprite.

Did you use any specific tool to reduce the space? The one you uploaded worked perfectly.

this is the standard I use for image that takes up a lot of space.
