so i am trying to let my friend join my game it says tdp is ported  but my udp is not

 

steps i have taken

 

1 went into firewall made the rules

went to router set ports 

i set the static ip 

still says 4500 is not a udp

sorry i am new to this i had to reinstall after i ported the 5400 over it auto ported
