Thanks, both of you. It seems you're right. Lack of power ( some others 2D games can run but hardly ) and limitation of VB. @Panda : running .exe on Mac ? She unsuccessfully tried with Wine. But as she's not a pro, I can't say if it's just an error or an incompatibility.

Hi all, A friend wants to make some graphics for my little project, and I'm really happy 'cause she's damned good , but she's a Mac user. So, I told her how to run windows in a Virtual Box. So I worked on it too, XP & 7, both 32 bits. Got some probs, solved by installation of some .NET 4 and MS visual c++ but intersect's client can't run. It crashes at launch. What could be the problem ? Does Intersect can be runned on a VB ? Maybe it's just a missing software requirement ? Thanks for your help.

Ok, AGD server is yours. So, if the local Intersect Server does work before this message, the best way to solve the "problem" is to restart the local server until it connects to yours. I know it's noobish question but, I know you know, I am a noob ^^ Thanks again.

Got this message from time to time, so sometimes server is up, and sometimes it's not... What's the process ? What does it check and how ? And how can it be fixed when happens ? Thanks.

Thanks for your concern. As you can see, avast and W7Firewall are both desactivated at this moment.

All steps are done, new exclusion for avast, and a brand new permission for W7 firewall, as this tut. Even added a rule for intersect's port in W7 firewall's advanced option's. But the server isn't accessible from the outer world. Anyone got a clue ? Thanks !
