So (bare with me) My computer can't run the newest updates, at all. It's old and it sucks. so I'm stuck using 1.9 until I can get an upgrade Are there any third party tools I can use to make chars that are compatible with 1.9? or am I good as dead to just give up til I can upgrade? Also, why is the quest editor greyed out??

Everytime I try to start Intersect 4.6, it crashes saying "The Intersect Client has encountered an error and must close. Error information can be found in logs/errors.log" I've tried running in administrator mode. I'm on Windows 10 if this helps any.
