Map size

hello everybody, i just started to do something by myself. got a simple question:

how do i change the general map size? like if it's 26x26, i wanna reduce it to 10x10. is it possible?

Sure it's possible to change it with the config.xml in the resources folder in the server. But it's the global size of every maps. If you change it you will need to delete every maps on the .db

i think i found it but whats with tile sizes?

<MapWidth> and <MapHeight> are the map size. By default it's 32 tiles by 26 tiles

 

<TileWidth> and <TileHeight> is how long each tile will be. By default it's 32x32 px

 

So with te default map size a map will have a width of 32 tiles and each tile will have 32 px. Samething for the height bit wirh 26 tiles.

I changed all of them to 15, i cant see any difference.. its still 31x25. any idea?

I never changed it so I don't know how to fix it. But did yu delete every map on the data base with sqlite Browser? If yes you should wait for one of the creator to answer you. They will be most able to help you.

i've opened that browser but couldnt see anything about map. also not sure about which file i should open on db browser
