Character in the game

Hello everyone, please tell me a quality character editor.
The idea is to increase the size of a standard character at least twice, then divide it into a man and a woman, races and classes. How to do this correctly if someone tells me I will be very grateful if there is an instruction or video?

Other questions: I plan to create 20-30 types of weapons, armor for each character class, can I display on the character of each new dressed item of clothing and weapons on the character, how do I ask for help?
