Re-color program

Quick question: does any of you know a decent / easy to use re-color program for items / tilesets etc?

Game Character Hub is a godsend for graphics, especially Rpgmaker/Intersect.

Im satisfied with the Intersect resource generator for characters, you are able to re-color in there aswell. Can you re-color items / tilesets in the 'Game CHARACTER hub'?

https://www.imgonline.com.ua/eng/replace-color.php there are plenty of resources to recolour an image online. If you want a more precise image recolour, I'd recommend Paint 3D, which comes with all windows PC's and is capable of both transparency and image magic selecting to make it easier to recolour.
