Is there a way to scale the size of npc sprites? like a I'm trying to make a oger twice the size of my character.

There is not a way to scale or resize sprites in intersect engine, if you want to sclae/resize you have to make that with an external tool, such as paint.net or photoshop, and add the scaled/resized spritesheet to your resources/sprites folder
