Black background in tilesets

Can u help me guys?? i dont understand what schould i do to ,every time i am trying to put some trees , or house or anything this happens...black bacground ,,,dont like it cuz its ruin my game xd

doesnt work even when i change layers

if that happens even changing layers may be a problem of the tilesets, are they in png format and with empty background?(0 alpha)
