Custom NPC Assets

Hi, @Damian666 just discovered some NPC assets. They appear to be free to use commercially and all the creator wants is credit. Not 100% sure due to google translate doesn't do the best translation. It would be nice if a user who speaks the Japanese could translate and confirm the licensing for us! Anyway, here they are:

To sum up all the creator on the Japanese website wants is his name in the credits (Link preferred but not a direct link to the image). And if possible, contact him of anything his work is being published in.
