Resize my tiles

I know that there are explanations almost everywhere given that my English leaves me wished, so I just bought the Rpg Fantasy pack on GameDev is what somebody could explain to me how I have proceeded to well settled all Its, thanks in advance

You can resize the tiles use by your game with the config.xml (resource folder in the server locatiom)

 

But be caution with that. You should diminuate the maps size too.

 

Else you can resize tile size with a image editor such as photoshop, gimp...
