  1. How about talking to an npc that has skills, spells, and every intention to whoop your butt? This would be different correct? Because now the NPC has to exist as not just an event.
  2. Quick Question: Has the server been tested with an abundance of connections? Do we know yet what the limit tends to be? I'm wondering so I know what sort of scale to start developing. Thanks, biosboy4
  3. Hello, I have a feeling I know the answer to this question, but I'm going to ask it anyways just in case: Are there any resources (particularly tilesets) that are available yet for this engine under royalty free licensing? If anyone knows of a good place or people to talk to, let me know. If not, I'll just keep on "gimping" along here. lol Thanks guys, biosboy4
  4. I got it now, thanks guys
  5. Yes!! I have such high hopes for this engine that I've already started developing in it, painting the art, and I've acquired 2 servers for co-location/zero downtime. (even for patches/updates!) I'll probably be posting guides on things like "How to make your Intercept server fully fault tolerant." or "How to troubleshoot networking issues with more than x amount of players." etc.. Also If anyone from the community needs help with Bash (you think it's unrelated, but Bash is never entirely unrelated imo), I'm here for that too.
  6. Hello, I've noticed that the bottom layer is required to have a white background in order for the keystone to occur, while other layers seem to allow other colors for the key-stoning. My question is: What exactly are the color to layer co-relations in regards to making sure my custom "green screens" are the right color according to which layer they will be placed. Thanks! PS: Include color codes of possible/necessary.
  7. Also, for those that don't have a static IP, there are services like http://www.noip.com/ It uses DNS to reliably resolve users/clients to your dynamic IP address.
  8. Edit: I'm looking for the size of each individual square, not the whole map size. I could measure them I suppose but I figure you guys would have a more precise number.
  9. 32 x 32 inches or mm? Looking for graph paper.
  10. Hello, I'm trying to figure out what the exact tile size is for this engine. I'm painting my own graphics and so I need the precise number in order to line everything up. Thanks, biosboy4
