Hello xshadowtao, there are different ways to implement sound on your project, depending on what you want to do, like animations and maps.
Note that you need to put the correct files on the correct directories of your client resources. Music files must be .ogg format and the sound files must be .wav format.

For the maps, you can set different audio files for them, the map music and the map sound (like birds) through the Map Properties in the Editor.

You can also set sounds for your animations, just go to the animation window in the Editor and choose a sound file. Note that the sound file for the animation must be .wav format too.

    That's all, enjoy!

I know that, but the version I was using is 4.0, I believe it's a bug that has already been fixed in the version 4.2 that I'm using now.
About the variable decrease system on a daily basis, I have tested every way but it doesn't remove variables from offline players.
Anyway, thanks for trying to help me  I'll wait for the source code.

You can watch tutorials on youtube or search some RPGMaker Maps images to get inspired. You can also try to make the map less "square", make some "curves" in the roads, and add some details like flowers, stones and more varieties of plants. like the exemple below. Good luck ^^
