Problem whit editor

Hi, I have a friend with a problem opening the editor. Recently his graphic died, but he can run the client. What graphic requirements do you need to open the editor?

I believe most relatively modern graphics solutions should work as it's dx9 with some very basic shaders only if I recall correctly.
