Hello people.

 

Asking everyone before doing a report on github.

 

Actually the cooldown reduction stats also reduce cooldown on items with CD.

I'm almost sure this may not be intended as booster items with long cooldown would be greatly impacted by this kind of stuff.

 

So what's you opinions ?
