How to add my own script and what is the main language

Hello I'd like to add some custom features like a map , a language system  etc .... but for that I need to know 3 things , could some kind souls help me ? 

- 1 : In wich language are code the script

- 2 : Where can I find intersects API

- 2 : How to add my script in the engine

- 3 : How can I use my scripts in game
