Effect Shield

Hi, I have a small question. 

1. How does the shield effect work?
2. How can I edit his statistics?

Shield is basically increases caster's max hp by amount of hp damage. But sadly it not scales with stats right now.

Thanks for the answer. I noticed this in my project: p I didn't know it was a mistake, I thought I just couldn't configure it
