The traits are there for buff skills. Say for instance you wanted a skill that increased Strength for a short while. HP and Mana difference means they remove HP/Mana from the target. Currently in 1.5 there is a bug where positive HP difference damages and negative heals so keep that in mind.

You first have to change the IP the client connects to in it's config.xml file. The file is located in the client's resource folder. You should be able to use no-ip with Intersect.
