Si se puede amigo! Â con eventos podrias hacerlo... solo creas una variable en mi caso la llamare "Suerte" y en el evento lo colocas de esta forma.
Suerte = numero aleatorio entre 1 y 10
Condicional Variable suerte = 1
Gane X regalo.
Sino
Condicional Variable suerte = 2
Gane X regalo.
y asi sucesibamente podria funcionar  espero te ayude

But with right click you can delete the selected tiles by selecting the layers in which you have drawn the tile
