He will listen to your suggestions and is extremely fast. If you need some pixel art done, I would recommend this dude for sure. Ground textures like grass, routes, water, ... 2. Trees, flowers, ... 3. Cliffs, walls, roofs 4. town (outside) (like in the picture) 5. town (inside) (like in the picture) 6. city (outside) (like in the picture) 7. city (inside) (like in the picture) 8. Cave  I don't know what 8 piece are worth but this costs only $14.99 and there are 29 tilesets. So I think $50 should be okay, because the graphic that I prefer looks much better.
