  5. Discord Button Mod Description: This mod allows you to add a button to your games's main menu. The button has it's own configurable ui file and when clicked will open a url that you define in your clients config. Media: Preview Git Patch: Download (v 1.1 - Current. based on 10d565f/0.6.1.243) Download (v1.0 - Old, based on faedd06/0.6.1.239) Setup: Once the patch is installed, start your client in order for the new ui and configuration options to be generated. After your client starts go ahead and close it and insert the url that you'd like to open within client/resources/config.json. Add this image to your client/resources/gui folder and name it discord.png. You can configure the size and positioning of your discord button by modifying client/resources/gui/menu/discordbutton.json. That's it, pretty simple! 7. [6.2] Profanity Filter Description: This patch adds a basic profanity filter that is configurable through the server in a file called filteredwords.json. This filter is applied to the following things: Chat Usernames Character names It's nothing fancy, and supports basic features such as wildcards on words. Word of warning, adding an insanely long list WILL slow down your server, as it checks against each entry on the list. Credits: This was based on the work of James Montemagno. Found his class while searching for an answer to a question asked on the forum, and started writing a class based on his work. Ended up using two of his methods, why reinvent the wheel. Media: Downloads: [Download] Updates: [Download] - Adds the profanity check to user and character names and modifies a method that checks if any filtered words are in a given string. Built and tested for 0.6.2.420 Setup: The following steps are REQUIRED before this will work properly! Download and install the main patch file Download and install any update patches IN THE ORDER THEY ARE LISTED. Compile and run the server, it should automatically generate the required configuration file! Close down your server, add the words you want to the filter and start your server again. Chat like no one has ever chat before!

  10. We don't have the capacity to monitor all mods here, and keep track of changes, and make sure they are all safe. You should be aware of that you are adding or modifying to your code! I'd like to present Diffy.org where you can upload git patches and get a detailed and user friendly overview of what's going on within! While you should continue to use the git patching process to check for incompatibilities and install mods hopefully this tool will give you a better idea of what you are installing, and how complex each mod may be. If you notice mods injecting malicious code, or altering tons of files unnecessarily please let us and the mod author know!
  11. Direction Tapping Mod Description: This mod alters player input handling in order to allow turning the player without moving by quick tapping the directional input keys. Media: Git Patch: Download Based On: Version: 0.6.1.239 Commit: faedd06 Setup: No extra setup steps required. Just install the patch and run. Try quickly (very quickly) tapping WASD or the arrow keys and your character should turn without moving to a new tile. Notes: The logic isn't perfect. You gotta tap so fast that you often move to another tile by accident. I didn't want the delay, however, to make movement feel too clunky. There's definitely room for improvement and I invite others to expand on this and create a better implementation!

Disclaimer: The patch might work on later versions of Intersect, but be careful with updating when you are using Kash Shop patches. The patch is only guaranteed to work on the version the patch was built for. Patch description: Adds an argument which can be set in game launchers like Steam. This stops the user from launching the game outside of the game launcher and effectively makes it only possible to launch one instance of the game on a PC. If you have no clue what this patch is about, you probably don't need it (yet). NOTE: AS ALWAYS, MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE ADDING ANY PATCHES
  13. Spreading out loot upon Entity death Description: This Patch modifies how loot is dropped from dying Entities (ie Players and NPCs). The server will attempt to find all available tiles around the Entity that is dying and spawn its loot in a random one. If none are found, the default location of under the Entity will be used instead. NOTE: This uses a modified piece of code from Resources.cs, namely the method SpawnResourceItems. Update: The latest release now lets you configure the range of tiles this mod will search for for possible loot spawns! Media: Git Patch: Download (For 0.6.1.245 Commit 3ff3d7dd5ba0d33d193297a98c36cf6a2f8406b8 onwards) Older versions*: Download (For 0.6.1.240) *= May not contain all features listed. Based On: Version: 0.6.1.245 Setup: Download and apply the patch, then simply build your server and find the nearest punching bag to dispense loot from! In your server's config.json you can find the following option under CombatOpts to tweak for the drop range: ItemDropRange
