    So you need to encrypt your image, i already created a file encoding for my old game, if that what you want i can send it to you.

    Currently you don't and it's unlikely this will ever be added as having one generic way of doing so means people can just read the source code and reverse it right away.
     
    Not to mention that it's a 2d game and you could just take screenshots to rip the graphics anyway. So realistically how much would it really help.
     
    I believe JC had a much better explanation about this subject a few times around the forums. Might have to search around for it a bit though.

    [6.2] Display character level and class (Configurable + Language/Colour support)
     
    Description:
    This patch adds some new configuration options to do the following:
     
    0. Not change the way player names are displayed.
    1. Show the player's level next to the character name.
    2. Show the player's class and level above the character name.
     
    These options are configured through the server options.
    There's full language support for both changed use cases, so you can tweak what it should say exactly as well as the layout of it.
    There's also custom colour support for the newly added class display line, so you can tweak that too if you'd like.
     
    Note, this isn't the prettiest method of doing it. The nice way would be to make a new method that renders the additional label.
    But I just sort of abused the draw name method. It works, but it won't win any beauty contests.

    Updates:
    [Download] - Displays NPC levels as well when displaying Player classes and levels. It would only do this when displaying only levels before.  
    Setup:
     
    The following steps are REQUIRED before this will work properly!
     
    Download and install the main patch file for the branch you are using. Download and install any update patches IN THE ORDER THEY ARE LISTED for the branch you are using. Compile and run the server and client, it should automatically generate the new configuration/language entries. Log in and see your class and level displayed!  
    Optionally, you could set the server config setting to the following switches:
    0. Not change the way player names are displayed.
    1. Show the player's level next to the character name.
    2. Show the player's class and level above the character name.
     
    As well as change the client's language file and some custom colours related to this if you'd like. 
    But that's up to you.

    I believe there's a BMP file somewhere alongside the client files as well that gets used by the clients game window.

    Diverging Builds
    Going forward Intersect will have stable and unstable builds. Starting today Beta 6.1 will launch in the development channel, and we will continue to update Beta 6.0 as stable builds.
    Beta 6.1 requires a database migration that is one-way, so be sure to make a backup of your databases just in case you want to return to Beta 6.0 while we work on stability.
     
    You can download Beta 6.1 from the new Development Builds thread here!
     
    Beta 6.0 also got a nice bug fix release today and that can be found in the Stable Builds here!
     
    We recommend that active games continue to use the stable Beta 6.0 builds while we work on Beta 6.1 stability!

    Our next goal is open source! We want to work on Beta 6.1 a little more and get it to a stable point. During that time we're going to work on forum upgrades, documentation, and the repo so we can release the source very soon!

    There are some texts you have to change on the gui json files tho, so look there if changing the colors.json seems to fail

    I believe it's either:
    Alpha, Red, Green, Blue
    Or
    Red, Green, Blue, Alpha

    All with max values of 255, so Red Text would be 255, 255, 0 ,0 (or 255, 0, 0, 255 if it's RGBA instead of ARBG)

    I don't have Intersect in front of me atm so I can't test if it's ARGB or RGBA

    We are not trying to make rebranding the client difficult. We do not have access to change the icon at runtime. 
     
    The only options are resource hacker or changing the icon that's within the source. Wait for source and this will be easy. We cannot make it easier in the meantime.

    They're pretty much only doing bug fixes between B6 and Release. No sense in worrying about something so minor at this point. Use the resource hack, or just don't worry. Is your game ready to release? Otherwise, it's just an icon.
     
    What do you mean "but still keep switching the icon"?

    Just edit your "Config.json" file on the Server folder --> Resources
    The lane called "paperdoll"
    And order from the first mask (player) to the last mask
    If the hair will be first only put
    "Hair"
    "Helmet"
    If the helmet be first put
    "Helmet"
    "Hair" 
    (WHY YOU WILL DO THIS?!?!?!?) hahaha

    Examples:
    If you want to show the hair behind the helmet only change this
     

    WARNING!:
    Change on all directions! (Up,Down,Right,Left) or you will get a critical error!

    For your first question: Open client and editor/resources/gui/layouts/game/EventDialogWindow_1Response (2 3 4 aswell) and change "Alignments": "Center" to "Alignments": "Center,Bottom". 
    For your second question: No, you need edit source for it.

    luciferofhell got a reaction from Beefy Kasplant in I am trying to add 2 helmet slots, one for hair and one for armor head. I managed to add the slot and everything, but one works on the doll and the other does not, the other just comes in as an object without image.   
    The mistake was mine. I just forgot to change the change in the event below. Sometimes we get distracted and cause this inattention. Thanks for trying to help, Dashplant. <3

    How are you triggering the event? The event should be set to action button for the trigger.

    I don't know if I understood correctly, but try putting a 'hold player' command at the beginning of your event and a 'release player' command at the end of the event.
