It seems rather normal to me. Those are quite neat paperdolls imo :P

More seriously though, paperdolls are not automatically adjusted to fit in your PC hand, you have to make them more like this (minus the character, i did this in 2 min to show you)

Do you know a tutorial for gimp?

Thank you

You can use pretty much any image editing software for paperdolling. I make all my art in Microsoft Paint and only use Paint.net to make backgrounds transparent, for example. Some really cool guy made a pretty neat tutorial on paperdolling, it should help you realize what the problem is with yours (which is that paperdolling does not automatically do all the work for you)

I personally don't use GIMP. I use photoshop. However all you really need to know is how to move layers around and how to rescale images. Search for videos around YouTube and you should find a step by step guide for rescaling and Layers.

1. Take your full sprite sheet

2. Add a paperdoll frame for each sprite frame

3. Erase the sprite below

Your paperdoll sheets should be 4x4, just like your sprite sheets, so that each frame of the sprite has a corresponding paperdoll frame. Really, take a look at the guide I linked you.
