Client BUG

My server and editor open normally, but the client I have a very serious problem, when I open it ... it takes 5 minutes to open and when it opens it says that it is not responding ... sometimes I can only enter Login part and password and return an answer and the client closes alone 

 

OBS: 

I think I saw a similar post that the guy fixed it by turning OPENGL off ... if I'm not mistaken, but I do not know how to do it, I'd like to know a solution to my problem

What about the ping and fps does it's playable without too much bugs ?
