since some windows updates, the .ocx files from the libarys dosnt work anymore. I cant add them to regsvr32, cause they are supposedly not compatible. Someone got this error too? hope i can get help

Hi guys, //edit: i managed to solve the problem with the dll... but now, when i enter the cahracter creation, i get "runtime error 9" As i know, there is something incorrectly defined, but iam new to prgrogramming, so i dont know where i have to search It seems, that i shouldnt use this engine, cause evertime i touch something, i break anything else...
