  1. I've been working on a DBZ fan game. I've made a decent amount of art for one over the years and never actually put the time in to make one and now I'm trying really hard to actually do it .   4. Just run the server.exe and then you can log into the client and editors. There is no need to port forward unless you want others to be able to join your game.

  6. Been working on a short trailer for Pentacore. First day really learning how to do any video editing so I'm fairly happy with how it turned out.
  7. But once you've memorized it that's all you'll ever know. my super power is the ability to control all electronics however I want.
  8. I, unfortunately, have no extra cash atm but if the new guild stuff needs any ui stuff, or art in general, just let me know. I'll take care of that if need be.

  11. I added sound when switching beams as well as a little flash on the beam icon. I also added a high light to the player when they go behind things such as doors. Embedded Video Link
  12. Awesome. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks soo much for the feedback. I've been play testing it so much that I tend to over look somethings since I've become so good at the game with all the play tests. Edit: Oh yeah! Thanks for mentioning the map. Totally forgot I had it displaying the whole world. I meant to have it only show rooms as you discover them. Going to get this fixed asap.
  13. @Kibbelz Working on getting an installer setup. Shouldn't be too long I hope. I'll let you know when its ready. Edit: Ok, custom installer now ready to go. Just download the game from the itch page and the installer should be included.

  22. I’m using Pixel Game Maker for the engine. It’s a pretty nice tool, especially for people like me who specialize in art lol.
  23. The Pentacore Demo v1 has been released! Download it here: https://mythril-age.itch.io/pentacore-demo-v1 Pentacore is a Metroidvania with a focus on exploration and platforming. The demo includes 3 areas to explore, 5 player upgrades, a nice variety of enemies, and a monstrous boss battle. So for the past few months I have been working on a metroidvania-ish game when I have the free time. I thought it would be fun to share some progress and get some feedback from the AGD community. Everything except sound effects and music has been done by me. Music credit goes to @Eric Matyas and his amazing work.   24. The mapping is nice but some of the assets clash with each other. It’s not too terribly noticeable so I’m sure most people wouldn’t hardly notice it. Looks cool either way!
