  1. Hello everyone. Im sure most of you on here are familiar with Arcwyre and a good few of you participated in the play test a couple months ago so I'll spare the large introduction. Sadly we just recently lost our lead content developer and its just me working on Arcwyre, which in it's current state is a massive undertaking. I'm looking for skilled mappers and developers to help push through this Alpha 1.0 milestone update which will finally express Arcwyre as a game and its future. I'm only accepting applications via PM. All applicants must possess at least some degree of skill with the Intersect Editor as well as examples of their work, hours they'll be able to commit, and their contact details This is a paid position, we can discuss payment amounts and methods privately if you are hired.

  2. Modified the OP. We added a Keybindings menu to Beta 4 a few weeks ago. I'm now working on making our client ui dynamic so you can relocate all ui elements via xml files

  3. Is Arcwyre open to play still? May attract more developers to see its current state

  5. I think this guys has a serious ego problem, I always see shit coming from him, except when he has to talk about his custom engine relic.

  8. He's just salty because VB6 is too limited to really do any of this stuff easily.

  9. Not to mention bringing these options out of the source code allows for other developers to create UI design tools down the road. Keeping such options closed inside the code just makes modifications harder down the line.

  10. You're drunk right? The advantages of setting the UI as an xml result in not having to go to specific source files to modify your UI and is all accessed neatly and quickly in a single structured xml file. This is advantageous for the speed of making a ui and can be used with little knowledge of code or where the positions are hard coded etc. Aka a vast majority of our userbase. We've said multiple times Intersect will be open and not doing so will betray our entire forum. Keep your sarcastic comments elsewhere alongside your 32-bit ego.

  13. No, it is not open to play yet. @NotAzizele is waiting for the next Engine update in order to push the new update. The content for the new release is nearly fully developed, though.
