Has item type in inventory/equipped/conditional branch

Would be nice to have a check for item types (pickaxe, fishing rod,...) in conditional branches and conditions.

Also an option in "resources" to require an item in inventory instead of an item equipped.

I only see "has item", not "has tooltype/itemtype" :)

 

Would require too much conditional branches to implement all type of pickaxes for example, while having a "has tooltype in inventory" check would only need that check

Yeah, 'Has item' works like that.

 

Say you use a pickaxe to .. do whatever. using conditional branch 'has item' means as long as the item is in your inventory you can harvest that resource.

 

There is also 'Equipped item is..'.

 

I don't see the problem? If you absolutely want to have 1 type of resource be able to be harvested by more than 1 type of tool you can do more than one row of conditions. Or am I misunderstanding this?

I know what I want is perfectly possible IF I let the players equip the harvesting tool, but I don't want them to equip the harvesting tool, just being in their inventory should be enough.

 

When you got bronze, iron, silver, gold, platinum, diamond versions of all harvesting tools and each can be upgraded ranging from +1 to +15 and you need to do a conditional branch for each...

Yes, then an option like, "has pickaxe/axe/... in inventory" would be way nicer than having 75 conditional branches...
